Dark Red Thin Border Kerala Kasavu Tissue Silk Saree

A Kerala kasavu saree woven in tissue silk, with a gold kasavu border and slim dark red bands running along the border. The fabric is light and airy, holds its pleats well, and stays comfortable through a long festival morning. The saree is finished with tassels along the pallu. Worn for Onam sadya, weddings and family functions.

Traditional gold jewellery suits it best, though a plain cream or matching blouse keeps the look clean and contemporary.
